Products & Availability

  • We make every effort to accurately display product descriptions, colors, and images. However, we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will perfectly reflect actual product colors.

  • Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may change without notice.

  • Limited-edition or clearance items may be offered “as is” and may not be restocked.

Orders & Payment

  • All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) unless otherwise noted.

  • We accept payment through approved methods displayed at checkout.

  • You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

  • Limited-edition or clearance items may be offered “as is” and may not be restocked.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Orders are processed within the timeframe stated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or factors beyond our control.

  • Once an order has been transferred to the carrier, Steel Paw Apparel Co. is not liable for lost, delayed, or stolen packages.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Incorrect addresses may result in additional charges.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud, misuse, or unauthorized activity.

  • Limited-edition or clearance items may be offered “as is” and may not be restocked.

Returns, Exchanges, & Refunds

At Steel Paw Apparel Co., every item is custom-made for you when you place an order. Because our products are produced on demand through our fulfillment partner, Printful, we cannot accept traditional returns or exchanges for reasons such as ordering the wrong size, changing your mind, or general buyer’s remorse. Please be sure to double-check your size and product selections before completing your purchase.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

  • If your item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or you receive the wrong product, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. To help us resolve the issue quickly, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the issue

  • Once confirmed, we will work with Printful to arrange a replacement item or refund in line with Printful’s return and refund policy.

 

Lost in Transit

  • If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery timeframe, you must notify us within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. We’ll coordinate with Printful to investigate and provide a resolution.

 

Exclusions

  • Returns or exchanges due to size, color, or style preference are not accepted.

  • Any claims submitted after the 30-day window may not be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Items returned directly to Steel Paw Apparel Co. or Printful without prior communication will not be processed.

 

How to Start a Claim

  • To report an issue, please email us at steelpawapparelco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the problem. Our team will respond promptly to guide you through the next steps.

Trademarks and Reproduction

  • All content, including logos, trademarks, product designs, images, text, and graphics on this website, are the property of Steel Paw Apparel Co. or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark laws.

  • You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or exploit any part of our content without prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

  • Our apparel and accessories are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

  • We do not warrant that products will meet your expectations, be error-free, or provide protection as tactical or safety equipment.

  • Steel Paw Apparel Co. apparel is not certified protective gear and should not be relied upon for personal safety in hazardous environments.
